415. Prohibition against removal or obliteration of notice.
- No person shall, without any authority in that behalf, remove, destroy, deface or otherwise obliterate any notice exhibited by or under the orders of the Board of Councilors or any municipal authority or any officer of other employee of the Municipality empowered in this behalf.
