Section 8(b) in Soil Explorator's and Testing Laboratory's Registration Rules, 2001
(b)No registered Sub-soil Explorator, Testing Laboratory shall be eligible for renewal of Certificate of Registration unless he continuous to possess the required Tools, Plants and Equipments to be certified by Deputy Director, Research & Quality Control and his performance is satisfactory. He has to enclose list of works executed with satisfaction duly certified by the Divisional Officer.
