Section 11(2) in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage Area Development Authority Act, 2018
(2)The Commissioner shall, in addition to performing such functions as conferred on him by or under this Act or under any law for the time being in force,-(a)implement the resolutions of the Authority;(b)conduct the business of the Authority and make the correspondence;(c)carry out and execute such schemes and work as the State Government may direct and incur necessary expendure thereof;(d)be responsible for implementing the schemes of the Authority;(e)operate the Bank accounts of the Authority and be responsible for maintaining the accounts of the Authority;(f)exercise supervision and control over the officers and servants of the authority in matter of executive, administrative and service conditions of such officers and servants and regulation of their pay and allowances;(g)furnish to the State Government a copy of the minutes of the Authority and any written, or other information which the State Government may, from time to time, call for; and(h)discharge such other functions which are conferred on him by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
