1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974.] [These words were substituted for words 'Bombay Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974' by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, Schedule, entry (2).
