Section 42 in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Insurance Web Aggregators) Regulations, 2017
42. General.
- a. Any disputes arising between an Insurance Web Aggregator and an insurer may be referred to the Authority by the person so affected; and on receipt of the complaint or representation, the Authority may examine the complaint and if found necessary proceed to conduct an enquiry or an inspection or an investigation in terms of these Regulations.b. Power to remove difficulties and issue clarifications - In order to remove any doubts or the difficulties that may arise in the application or interpretation of any of the provisions of these regulations, the Chairperson of the Authority may issue appropriate clarifications or guidelines as deemed necessary.Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India(Insurance Web Aggregators) Regulations, 2017
