Section 101(1) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)Trailers prohibited with Motor Cycles:(a)A motor-cycle with not more than two wheels with or without a side-car shall not draw a trailer.(b)No motor cycle shall draw a trailer exceeding two hundred thirty kilograms in weight unladen or 1.5 meters in overall width.
