Section 1 in The Orissa Essential Commodities (Requisitioning of Stocks) Order, 1979
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(a)This Order may be called the Orissa Essential Commodities (Requisitioning of Stocks) Order, 1979.(b)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Orissa.(c)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
