Section 61(7) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(7)Cylinders containing compressed gas: - Cylinders containing compressed gas may only be stored in open if they are protected against excessive variation of temperature, direct rays of sun, or continuous dampness. Such cylinders shall never be stored near highly flammable substances, furnaces or hot processes. The form where such cylinders are stored shall have adequate ventilation.
