Section 46 in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972
46. Power to enter upon land for survey and demarcation.
- Any Officer mentioned in this Act or any person acting under orders of any one of them may, in the discharges of any duty under this Act, enter upon and survey any land erect survey marks thereon and demarcate the boundaries thereof, take levels and do all other acts necessary for the performance of his duty.
