Section 1 in Bihar Money-Lenders Act, 1974

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Money-Lenders Act, 1974.
(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.
(3)it shall come into force at once.
