223. Side-car wheel.
- Every side-car attached to a motor cycle shall be. so attached, at left hand side or the motor cycle, that the wheel thereof is not wholly outside perpendicular planes at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the motor cycle passing through the extreme projecting points in front and in the rear of the motor cycle.
