Every application shall be accompanied by an advance amount towards copying fee, as specified from time to time, in the form of copying stamp affixed on the application and/or in such other manner as may be specified from time to time, which would be sufficient to cover the estimated cost of the copy applied for and the amount of the Court fee stamps, if any, required under the Rules, or any other law for the time being in force. Where the copy applied for requires a non judicial stamp under the Stamp Act, 1899, the application shall be accompanied by the requisite non judicial stamp. In the case of an application sent by post, the advance shall be remitted by money order.
