                           ORDER

Facts:

1. The appellant filed RTI application dated 14-03-2017 seeking miscellaneous information regarding his faulty telephone connection for the telephone no. 25947272.
2. The CPIO responded on 10.04.2017. The appellant filed first appeal dated 18-04-2017 with First Appellate Authority (FAA). The FAA responded on 05-05-2017. The appellant filed second appeal on 11.08.2017 before the Commission on the ground that information should be provided to him. Hearing:
3. Both the parties participated in the hearing in person. Mr. Mahender Pal represented the respondent.
4. The appellant stated that the respondent should provide him following information:-
"(i) Copy of his outstanding bills.
(ii) Inspection of relevant records.
(iii) Fresh cheque in lieu of the outdated/expired cheque."

5. The respondent agreed to take action as per para 4 above, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order. Discussion/ observation:

6. This Commission observed that the respondent should take action as per para 5 above.

Decision:

7. The respondent is directed to take action as per para 6 above.

The appeal is disposed of. Copy of the order be given to the parties free of cost.
