Section 5 in Telangana Animals and Birds Sacrifices Prohibition Act, 1950
5. [Place of public religious worship or adoration] [Substituted by Act No.15 of 1970.], its precincts not to be allowed to be used for sacrifice.
- No person shall knowingly allow any sacrifice to be performed at any place which,-(a)is situated within any [place of public religious worship or adoration] [Substituted by Act No.15 of 1970.] or its precincts; and(b)is in his possession or under his control.
