2. Counsel for the parties jointly submit that they have filed affidavit before this court stating that they are ready to get their dispute settled through mediation and they also submit that before referring the matter for arbitration they want to avail the remedy through mediation before JHALSA.
3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, matter is referred to JHALSA for mediation. The parties are directed to appear before JHALSA on 29.03.2023 at 11 A.M. Upon their appearance, the learned Secretary, JHALSA shall do the needful and submit a mediation report before this court by 19.04.2023.
4. Post this case on 20.04.2023.
