Section 3(vi) in The Rajasthan Municipal (Subordinate and Ministerial Service) (New Pay Scales) Rules, 1973
(vi)'Existing member of Service' means a member of service who is in service of a Board immediately prior to adoption of these pay scales by the Board and who has been drawing pay in an existing pay scale from the Municipal fund;
