Section 11(1) in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
(1)An officer of the Board, not being a member thereof may be appointed by the Board as ex officio Secretary to the Council. The officer so appointed shall not be entitled to any extra remuneration on account of such work.
