Section 27 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
27. Power of Collector to be exercised by other officers. -
The State Government may, by general or special order, direct that the powers exercisable or the functions to be performed by the Collector under sections 20 to 26 (both inclusive) may be exercised and performed by such officer as may be specified in the order.
