Section 56 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
56.
An employee who has completed ten or more years of continuous service with full wages shall, on quitting the service or on his death his legal heirs, be entitled to gratuity equivalent to fifteen days' wages last drawn for each year of service.
