- Whenever a licence granted to a weigher, sampler, or classifier expires or is suspended or cancelled, the licensee shall return the licence to the licensing authority and if he fails to do so the whole or [any part of his security shall be liable to be forfeited at the discretion of the licensing authority.] [Substituted by U.P.
