(8)The President of the Board or any servant authorised by him on this behalf or the president of the committee may grant copies of the registers or of any entries therein on payment of such fees as the Board may by bye-law prescribe; such copies shall be certified by the president of the Board or committee, as the case may be, in the manner provided in section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872).
