15. [ Unexchanged Coupons.] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Gazette Extra dated 23.12.1981.]
- Any Member or his spouse, his dependent children accompanying either of them or an attendant accompanying him found travelling on unexchanged Rail Travel Coupons shall be treated as travelling without a Railway ticket and shall himself be liable to the prescribed penalties and the fine and the penalty, if any shall be paid by such Member or his spouse, in cash and shall not be reimbursed by the Secretary.
