Section 75(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with an question or to determine any matter which is by under this Act required to be settled, decided or dealt with.
