Section 2(1)(v) in Rajasthan State Road Transport Service(Prevention of Ticketless Travel) Act, 1975

(v)"pass" means a duty, privilege or courtesy pass issued by or under the authority of the corporation entitling the person to whom it is given to travel in a motor vehicle gratuitously;
