In view of Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, an appeal is to be preferred in respect of the proceedings under the said Act and in consonance with the spirit of said section, such appeal should be heard by a Division Bench.
Accordingly, the revisional application is released from my list and be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate assignment.
