Section 30 in Uttaranchal Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2004
30. Regulation of other matters.
- In regards to the matters not specifically covered by these rules or by special order, persons appointed to this service shall be governed by the rules, regulations and orders applicable generally be Government Servants serving in connection with the affairs of Uttaranchal State.
