Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the State Government shall constitute an authority to be known as the Rajasthan Lakes Development Authority to exercise powers and discharge functions of the Authority under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
