10. The Visitor.
(1)The Governor of Jharkhand will be the Visitor of the University(2)The Visitor shall, when present, preside at the convocation of the University for Conferring Degrees, Diplomas, charters, Designation and certificates.(3)The Visitor shall have the right to visit the University or any institution maintained by the University to ensure the standard of education, discipline, decorum and proper functioning of the university.
