Section 14A(1) in Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak Act, 2008
(1)The Chancellor shall appoint the Pro Vice-Chancellor, who shall be a salaried officer on the advice of the Government, as per the qualifications and experience prescribed by the Statutes.
