                                                        ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to issue a non traceable certificate based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.11.2024 within the time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has simply made the application for issuance of non traceable certificate through online without enclosing the copy of necessary documents.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to produce/upload the copy of documents required by the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall proceed further in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
