Section 7(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
(1)Before according approval to any type or design of producer, the authority shall satisfy that the design and construction proposed are in accordance with the provisions of these rules and the general specification set forth in the Schedule.
