72. Powers of entry and inspection and calling for information.
- The competent authority may, for the purpose of requisitioning or acquiring any property under this Chapter, by order,-(a)empower any authority to enter and inspect any property specified in the order liable to be requisitioned or acquired under this Act;(b)require any person to furnish to such authority such information in his possession relating to the property as may be specified in the order.
