(1)The Central Provinces and Berar Drugs (Control) Ordinance, 1949 (V of 1949), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, things done and action taken by any authority by or under the provisions of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done and taken under this Act.
