Section 9(iii) in Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board Rules, 2014
(iii)the pay of an officer, who has retired from a Board, Corporation, University, a local body or any other body wholly or substantially owned or controlled by any State Government or Central Government on his appointment to the Board shall also be fixed in accordance with the provisions contained in proviso (ii) above.
