Section 12(c) in The Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952
(c)for enabling the Chief Administrator to require the removal of any advertisement which is being displayed in contravention of the order of the discontinuance of the use for the display of advertisements of any site which is being used for that purpose in contravention of the order;
