21. Repeal and Savings.
- Chhattisgarh (Khadya Padartha) Sarvajanik Nagrik Poorti Vitaran Scheme, 2001, enforced by this department's notification No. F 12-1/ Khadya/29/2001, dated 23rd June, 2001 is hereby rescinded on the date of enforcement of this scheme.Notwithstanding such repeal, any order issued under the Chhattisgarh (Khadya Padartha) Sarvajanik Nagrik Poorti Vitaran Scheme, 2001 shall be deemed to have been made, granted or issued under this Order.
