Section 300(2) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(2)An advocate with a standing not less than three years at the Bar shall be eligible for being brought on the panel. The District Judge shall, so far as may be, persuade competent senior lawyers to enlist themselves for representing indigent persons without charging any fee.
