Section 4(a) in The Collection of Statistics (Work Stopages Resulting from Industrial and Labour Disputes) Rules, 1968

(a)an intimation in Form A-

(i)where the notice has been served under sub-rule (1) or sub-rule(3), of Rule 3, within three days of occurrence of the disputes; and

(ii)where the notice has been served under sub-rule (4) of Rule 3, within three days of the receipt of the notice;
