Section 9(1) in The Punjab Minimum Wages Rules, 1950
(1)If a member of the Committee, [-] [Omitted by Punjab Government Notification No. 9110/8801-Lab-58/68593, dated 28.8.1958.] or the Board fails to attend three consecutive meetings [without the permission of the Chairman] [The words 'without the permission of the Chairman' inserted by Punjab Government Notification No. GSR 149/C.A. 11/48/S.30/Amd./74, dated 10.12.1974.] he shall subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2) cease to be a member thereof.
