1. The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking setting aside the order dated 24.07.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.
2. Issue notice. Mr. Naresh Kumar Chahar, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of State.
3. Issue notice to respondent no. 2 through all permissible modes, including electronically on filing of Process Fee within four weeks, returnable on 07.12.2023.
