Section 11(1) in The Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Rules, 1974
(1)Every application under the Act shall, in addition to the particulars necessary for its support contain also the particulars specified in rule 3 or 4 so far as they may be applicable. Every application for release under section 3-A or for eviction under section 10 or for recovery of possession under section 12 or 14 shall also state the grounds on which the application is made.
