Section 46 in The National Cadet Corps Rules, 1948
46. Power of the Central Government to establish subsidiary organization.
- The Central Government may, from time to time, by general or special order, establish or constitute such organization in the Director of National Cadet Corps as may be considered necessary or desirable in the opinion of the Central Government for carrying out the objects of the Act.
