64. Official of the Municipality not to be interested in any contract.
- Any person who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interests in any contract with, by or on behalf of, a Municipality or in any employment with, under, by or on behalf of a Municipality other than as a municipal officer or servant shall be liable for disciplinary action under the appropriate rules.
