Section 47 in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
47. Teaching programme.
(1)The constituent and affiliated colleges and recognized institutions of the University shall have a common pattern of teaching and organization as may be directed by the University, from time to time.(2)The University shall according to need establish additional colleges and institutions to serve the requirements of the various faculties.(3)The University shall according to need start additional training centres or close down, either permanently or temporarily, any of the training institutions or classes under its control as it may consider appropriate.
