1. The National Stock Exchange has sought impleadment in the Writ Petitions filed by Subhash Chandra Agrawal. The National Stock Exchange is to be added as a party to both Writ Petitions filed by Mr Agrawal.
2. Mr Modi seeks an identical order on behalf of the Bombay Stock Exchange. It has not filed an Interim Application yet. We dispense with that requirement. The Bombay Stock Exchange is to be joined as a respondent to both Writ Petitions filed by Mr Agrawal.
3. Amendments to be effected by 31st March 2023 and the amended Petitions are to be served by 3rd April 2023.
4. All Affidavits in Reply in all Petitions to be filed by 19th April 2023. At this stage, no rejoinders.
5. The entire group will be listed on 26th April 2023.
