Section 2(m) in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
(m)"Trophy" means the durable part of an animal or a bird which has been preserved by any means, whether natural or artificial, and includes the head or horn, tooth, tusk, bone, claw, hoof, skin, hair, feather, eggs or nest or any bird, but dose not include any article manufactured from any such part of the animal or bird as aforesaid;
