The appellant has sought the following information:
1. Which paramedical courses are conducted by IGNOU through regular medium (face to face mode).
2. Which State Government or Central Government has authorised IGNOU to conduct paramedical courses through regular medium. Provide certified photocopy of the authorisation given.1
3. Which State Government or Central Government has authorised IGNOU to conduct B.Sc. (Hons.) in Optometry and Ophthalmic Tech. (BSCHOT).
4. And other related information.
Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information.
Submissions made by Appellant and Respondent during Hearing:
The appellant was asked during hearing that whether the recent revised reply dated 28.08.2019 was received. He submitted that he is out of station hence is not aware of the same.
The CPIO submitted that an appropriate updated reply has been sent to the appellant.
Observations:
Based on a perusal of the record, it is noted that the reply given is pointwise. However, a copy of the same may be immediately sent to the appellant to his e-mail id [email protected] Decision:
The CPIO is accordingly directed to resend the reply dated 28.08.2019 via e- mail within 3 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
