Section 11A(3) in The Punjab Security of Land Tenures Rules, 1956
(3)Every person to whom an exemption is granted under rule 10, shall furnish information to the Collector of the district in which the land is situate, in Form J-1 personally or through his recognised agent or by registered post (acknowledgement due).
