Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
(1)If, in the opinion of the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor willfully omits or refuses to carry out the provisions of this Act or abuses the powers vested in him or misbehaves or mismanages or his conduct involves moral turpitude or if it otherwise appears to the Chancellor that the continuance of the Vice-Chancellor in office is detrimental to the interest of the School, the Chancellor may, direct the Pro-Chancellor to constitute a Committee consisting of not less than three members to enquire into the matter and place the report of the Committee before the Chancellor.
