1. The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or any other direction of like nature against the Respondent to restrain it from taking any action with respect to the unit/property of the Petitioners in respect to which apparently there were also proceedings pending before the learned Estate Officer.
2. This Court has not considered the matter on the merits since learned counsel for the Respondent has very fairly stated that, presently, due to the unavailability of the requisite police force to assist the Respondent, it is unlikely that any action would be taken as against the Petitioners till at least 06.01.2026.
